Ms. Helen Tan Boon Lee has been recently appointed as General Manager of Holiday Inn Tianjin Riverside. Where she will be fully responsible for the hotel operation and management.
Ms. Helen Tan Boon Lee holds a Master's degree in Advanced Business Administration from Aalto University in Finland and has over 20 years of experience in international hotel brand operations and management. She has held important management positions at Shangri-La Hotel Management Group, InterContinental Hotels Group, and Marriott International. She has outstanding team leadership skills and keen insight. She has participated in the pre-opening preparations of many hotels and has accumulated rich experience and long-term strategic vision in customer service and team building. Ms. Chen has worked in many economic and tourist cities both domestically and internationally, accumulating rich experience in luxury brand hotel work and management. 杨波先生拥有超过17年的酒店销售与运营管理经验，其工作足迹遍布长沙、北京、武汉及福建，先后任职于万豪集团及希尔顿集团的多个不同品牌酒店，此次履新前，杨波先生任莆田三迪希尔顿逸林酒店总经理一职，期间组建了高效稳定的团队，在严峻的疫情期间也依然取得了傲人的经营业绩。

Recently, Mr. Byrds Yang has been appointed as the General Manager of Hilton Shanghai Fengxian by Hilton, fully responsible for the overall operation, management and strategic development of the hotel.
Mr. Yang has more than 17 years of experience in sales and operation management of international brand hotels, he has worked for many different brands of Marriott and Hilton in Changsha, Beijing, Wuhan and Putian. Prior to this assignment, he was the General Manager of DoubleTree by Hilton Putian, built a high efficiency and stable team to achieve brilliant business result even the industry was affected by the pandemic.
During his career with Hilton, Mr. Yang developed solid skill in Commercial, Operation management, Cost controlling and Guest satisfaction increasing. As the leader in a property, Mr. Yang also focus on talent development, and has shown his excellent skills in building an efficient team that aligns with Hilton’s culture, building and maintaining strong and trustful relationships with local community, owners and key stakeholders.

万达酒店及度假村管理有限公司任命陈国宾先生为三亚海棠湾万达瑞华度假酒店及三亚海棠湾万达嘉华度假酒店总经理，此前他于南宁富力万达文华酒店担任总经理一职。履新后，陈先生将全面负责这家位于三亚的万达集团旗下度假村的管理及日常营运工作。
陈国宾先生来自马来西亚，拥有超过28年的酒店从业经历，尤其在奢华酒店餐饮管理领域有着丰富的运营经验。加入万达酒店及度假村前，陈先生曾在多家国际酒店管理集团担任要职，包括凯悦酒店集团、洲际酒店集团、法国雅高酒店集团及温德姆酒店集团，其工作足迹遍布中国、马来西亚、新加坡、缅甸等国家。陈先生于2001年来到中国，先后管理及运营国内多家酒店22年。他于2013年加入万达集团，成功运营过集团旗下重庆、银川、武汉、南宁的四家酒店并创造了辉煌的经营业绩。

Mr. Sam Chin has recently been appointed as the General Manager of Wanda Reign Resort & Villas Sanya Haitang Bay and Wanda Realm Resort Sanya Haitang Bay. He previously held the same position at the Wanda Vista Nanning. In his new role, Mr. Chin will take overall responsibility for the management and operations of Wanda Group's resort in Sanya.
Originally from Malaysia, Mr. Sam Chin is a seasoned hotelier with more than 28 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He started his professional career in restaurant operations, followed by various positions in the Food and Beverage field in luxury hotels, through which he has gained extensive Food and Beverage operation and management experience. Prior to joining Wanda Hotels & Resorts, Mr. Chin held senior leadership positions at some of the world’s leading hotel groups including Hyatt Hotel Group, InterContinental Hotels Group, Accor Hotel Group and Wyndham Hotel Group. His career footprint spans over China, Malaysia, Singapore and Myanmar.
Mr. Chin came to China in 2001 and has successfully managed several luxury hotels for 22 years. He joined the Wanda Group in 2013 and has led four hotels successfully with outstandingly profitable results in Chongqing, Yinchuan, Wuhan and Nanning.

Prior to joining Niccolo Chongqing, she has demonstrated history of working in Westin Galleria & Oaks, St. Regis Shenzhen and Niccolo Changsha. During this period, Ms. Cindy Tang accumulated a wealth of systematic management and practical experience, especially in sales strategies, revenue management and brand marketing. She always makes important contribution to improving hotel overall revenue and leading market. Furthermore, Ms. Cindy Tang has also been awarded as the winner of Revenue Management Hotelier in 2022 Stelliers Awards, who was the first Revenue Management Hotelier winner in the Stelliers Awards history.
