What’s worse, we discovered that the listing agent, Ms. J.J. Qiu from Homelife Landmark Reality, disclosed our offer details to the other buyer without gubjng us chance to improve our offer.\n \nThis practice is inethical and unfair — we were never competing on a level playing field. The seller may have lost money, and we lost a home we truly wanted. We will file a formal complaint with RECO and are sharing this so others can avoid similar traps.
